Thanks for your posts.  However I do think it is a fact that people on lower incomes buy more lottery tickets than those on higher incomes.  So to that extent it is a kind of tax because  very few people actually win. Regarding Monica&#039;s comment no of course not i would be breaking the law if i knowingly took stolen goods.The lottery is a contract that people willingly and knowingly enter into. All i&#039;m saying is when there is money that can be used for doing good should we not take it?</description>

		<description>I  was fortunate to celebrate with some of my family and neighbours who won some of the 1.5 million postcode lottery, I think your theory of a poor peoples tax has been hit on the head as the street that by chance won was what I would describe as being one of the more affluent street in Bo&#039;ness.</description>
