A CWW Celebration this Weekend

We've had a pretty busy week here in St Andrew's Bo'ness. Its been quite an eye opener for many of us as we have welcomed all kinds of people into church. Tonight we had the "Bo'ness Has Talent" Show. It was a fantastic effort by all the teenagers that frequent the church and are part of Lilias's responsibility. They actually put on a great. I'm sure we must have had well over 150 teenagers in the church tonight. The challenge for us Christian Community is to live out Gospel practice in the way we engage with the teenagers. Tonight the teenagers made a fantastic contribution to our Church without walls week and we are really grateful to all of them who took part. Tomorrow night is the Jazz Night and I'm really looking forward to a good crowd turning up to enjoy the music of Marcus Ford and his friends.Tickets are £8.00 each and they can be bought at the door. then on sundat we're all ooking forward to welcoming Rev Kenny Borthwicl from Holy Trinity in Wester Hailes. Then in the evening its Sanctuary First and after that I'm off on SABBATICAL until the 7 November. I hope to write a wee bit more about my plans overvthe next few blog posts.
