Teamwork - How good when we work together in unity.

Teamwork I do believe we're making progress with CWW. The Ingliston gig is beginning to shape up to be something quite special. I had a session arranged with Peter Gardner this morning. We bumped into each other in the Starbucks in George Street, we both had the same idea, to grab a coffee before the meeting. Peter is an amazingly talented guy with great ideas. I wanted to pick his brains on how to turn an 8000 square meter hanger into an attractive space. A tall order, but we'll get there. He also came up with some good ideas relating to the tents that we want churches to purchase from us. How about each tent getting painted by its owner. After meeting with a couple of Council General Secretaries at 121,it was back to Bo'ness to meet some of the Board members of Lloyds TSB Foundation. They were visiting us because they finance ourWWW project an they also partially support the salary of our youth worker. We had a really good time with them this afternoon. We were also thrilled to hear that they are going to be funding a consultant to work with us over the next few months to help us think about how we develop and build capacity in our work. Its going to be a busy Summer. I'm starting to look forward to our trip to India next month. I was really proud of my BB officers tonight. This was the annual BB Inspection. And it was my 25th Inspection, our BB Captain David gave me a lovely gift of pens and Martha go the Bouquet of flowers. It is such a pleasure to have a wonderful group of dedicated people making a difference in the lives of these young lads
