The Olympics have certainly made a start at inspiring more people to get out and do a bit of exercise. Will it continue well that's another discussion. Meanwhile I received a wonderful welcome yesterday when I visited the Olympic village. I heard the ting from my phone and to my delight, there was the finished master files of the next Bogle Band Album.  Its just amazing how technology works today.  The songs have got to be registered with PRS and PPl  but that shouldn't  take too long.  Hopefully if we get organised there will be opportunities for those who attend the concerts on Sunday and Monday  of next week , to get some copies. What an amazing day! I'm always inspired by so many people who work so hard and despite of the setbacks  make things work. I'm not talking about the athletes who won gold medals today, although that in itself is quite marvellous. I'm talking about the behind the scenes team who took an idea like "let's put a U2 Eucharist on in Incholm Island in the middle of the River Forth" and who delivered the idea inspite of the rain. An Olympic Week

Before  the Olympics got under way last weekend, the media had been covering some interesting behind the scene  stories about  the athletes and their trainers. The one that I found most inspiring  was a short documentary  not so much about the athletes  but about the people who carried the Olympic torch the length and the breadth of the country.
