What is Truth?

It's really quite frustrating to be here at the Lausanne Congress. It is almost impossible to get on to the Internet. I think that they must have not fully appreciated the demand that participants would make on the wifi. I made a post yesterday but when I tried to post it the system crashed. So here I go again. The theme that was being developed yesterday was the question that Pilate asked 'What is truth?' flowing from this was the question, how should we Christians...

It was a brilliant day the sun was shining and there was a refreshing breeze blowing in from the Atlantic. I was glad we had gone through the registration for the conference the previous day. We were wondering if our flat would be authentic as you read about a lot of people being duped over the Internet. Anyway Sharon was a real person and our flat is ideal for what we require. It's about 900 metres from the CICC. We walked down there today and sorted out our registration then we wondered around the Waterfront. It was a buzz with vibrant music and it looked a great...

Phantom of the Palace

I'm just back from having an interesting two days in London. A few of us from the Vine Trust had the honour of being invited to a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace as part of the celebrations surrounding Princess Anne's 60th Birthday. It turned out to be an excellent day and the weather added to the whole occasion. It was hot and sunny and the Princess seemed to be enjoying meeting up with a number of representatives from the 300 and more Charities to which she is...
